DROP OFF

  • The slot you select is the date & time you will be dropping off your wig - text me the exact time so I can make any necessary changes if its not available

  • Wig should be inside of a wig box or bag w. Your First & Last name

PAYMENT

  • Mandatory $25 Deposit Is Required - Balance is due when service is completed (Final payment accepted is Zelle

  • You have 72hrs to pick up your wig or there will be $1 fee per day

REMINDERS

  • HOME BASE - location will be give 24hrs before appointment

  • Sundays are my days off | squeeze ins & same day appointments require a fee of $50

  • Feel free at any given time to grab a water or snack during your appoitnment

INSTALLS

  • I NO LOMGER INSTALL WIGS FROM OUTSIDE COMPANIES

  • Installs are complimentary when you purchase a wig from xhercollections

  • Natural hair should be washed | blown out| product free

  • Braid down is not included in free install - $30 fee for braid down

  • If you choose to come braided please see ‘’her wig prep guide” sections for guidance

WIG CREATIONS | RECREATIONS | LACE REPLACEMENT

  • Ensure all measurements are accurate before booking this service We are not responsible for improper fit

  • Please see ‘’Her Wig Prep Guide” sections for proper measurements

  • WIG CREATIONS - BUNDLES SHOULD BE BRANDNEW IF NOT THE WEFTS SHOULD NOT BE CUT

  • Lace replacement service is available for wigs I constructed if I did not construct the wig you can book Wig recreation service

MAINTENANCE & CUSTOMIZATION

  • Any wig that is not purchased from our custom wig collection please consult with me before booking

  • Wigs must be in wearable condition for maintenance service - severely matted or damaged units may require an additional fee or be declined.

  • Turn around time is 5-7 business days
